Hi @Jackie1911,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your HP Envy 6132 is printing A4 documents as letter size despite changing the settings, here are some steps you can try to address this issue:

Verify Printer Settings in the Software:

  • Open the document you wish to print and go to the Print dialog box.
  • Ensure that the paper size is set to A4 under the "Page Setup" or "Printer Properties" section.
  • After selecting A4, make sure to confirm the changes by pressing OK or Apply.

Check Printer Default Settings:

  • Go to your computer's Control Panel and navigate to "Devices and Printers."
  • Right-click your HP Envy 6132 printer and select "Printing Preferences."
  • Ensure the default paper size is set to A4 and save any changes.

Driver and Software Update:

  • Visit the HP support website to check for any updates for your printer driver and install the latest version.
  • Outdated drivers can sometimes cause miscommunication between the printer and the computer settings.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for about a minute.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on to reset any potential errors in the printer’s settings.

Take care and have an amazing day!
