Please help me fix my printer, it doesn't turn on. The digital is also not functioning.

Hi.

 

Thank you for contacting HP.

Please try the steps below for the No Power Issue :-

 

1) Connect the unit directly to a known working wall outlet.

2) Make sure the power cords are firmly connected at both the ends, the printer as well as the wall outlet.

3) Inspect the power cord for any damage. If the power cord is damaged then it needs replacement.

4) Press and release the power button immediately without holding it down.

5) If the printer does not power on then Press and hold the power button for just 2 seconds and then release.

6) If issue remains then connect the printer to a wall outlet in a different room. Make sure the wall outlet is working fine with other devices getting powered on when connected to it.
