Where is another location I can look for the IP address for my printer? 

 

I have gone to network and printed out the sheet that should have the IP address on it and it says "not applicable"

 

Please help I can not us my printer or even re download the software, because the Ip address in not anywhere.

wireless, and yes .... but I cannot get my printer software to download because my printer Ip address is gone and the computer can't locate it.

Hi,.

You would need to reconfigure the wireless connection for your printer following a router change, only once connected to your network the printer will have an IP Address, the current information is not applicable as the printer is not yet configured for your network.

 

Please follow below guidelines to restore the network settings and complete the Wireless Setup Wizard then:

First, restore the Network settings of the printer:

Next, follow the Wireless Setup wizard to reconnect the printer:
