Product: Color Laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer all of a sudden does not print double-sided anymore. I tried to adjust the paper setting in the HP Smart app (it was to 'single sided' now it's set to double-sided but it still doesn't actually print double-sided automatically)

 

Of course I select 'double sided'  in the print menu when printing from Word, etc. but it comes out as a manual double-sided job.

I did a 'reset' of the printer but that didn't help. 

 

Anybody have any ideas? Printing double side manually is a huge inconvenience!
