@007arrowbk, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP LaserJet printer is stuck in a print loop, where it keeps printing the same document repeatedly. This is a common issue and can usually be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps:

Cancel All Print Jobs:

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your HP printer and select See what's printing.
  • In the new window, click Printer > Cancel All Documents.

Restart the Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it for 30 seconds.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Clear the Print Spooler:

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and choose Stop.
  • Go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files in that folder.
  • Go back to the Services window and restart the Print Spooler.

Check for Stuck Print Jobs on the Printer:

  • Some HP printers have a memory buffer that stores print jobs.
  • Use the printer’s control panel to cancel any active or pending jobs.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Uninstall the current printer driver and reinstall the updated one.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Make sure the document isn’t set to print multiple copies.
  • In the print dialog box, ensure the number of copies is set to 1.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
