@Momicaof3, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP printer is completely unresponsive no lights, no sounds even after trying different power cords and cleaning. Let's walk through a few steps to help isolate and resolve the issue.
Check the Power Source
- Plug another device (like a phone charger or lamp) into the same outlet to confirm it’s working.
- Avoid using surge protectors or power strips plug the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Perform a Hard Reset
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the Power button on the printer for 15 seconds (if applicable).
- Reconnect the power cord directly to a working wall outlet and try turning it on.
Inspect the Power Module (if applicable)
- If your printer uses an external power brick, ensure the LED on the brick is lit when plugged in.
- If the LED is off or flickering, the power module may be faulty and needs replacement.
Try a Different Wall Outlet
- Sometimes, the issue lies with the outlet itself. Try a different one in another room.
Check for Visible Damage
- Inspect the power cord and printer port for any signs of damage or burning.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
