@Momicaof3, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP printer is completely unresponsive no lights, no sounds even after trying different power cords and cleaning. Let's walk through a few steps to help isolate and resolve the issue.

Check the Power Source

  • Plug another device (like a phone charger or lamp) into the same outlet to confirm it’s working.
  • Avoid using surge protectors or power strips plug the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Perform a Hard Reset

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Press and hold the Power button on the printer for 15 seconds (if applicable).
  • Reconnect the power cord directly to a working wall outlet and try turning it on.

Inspect the Power Module (if applicable)

  • If your printer uses an external power brick, ensure the LED on the brick is lit when plugged in.
  • If the LED is off or flickering, the power module may be faulty and needs replacement.

Try a Different Wall Outlet

  • Sometimes, the issue lies with the outlet itself. Try a different one in another room.

Check for Visible Damage

  • Inspect the power cord and printer port for any signs of damage or burning.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
