Product: HP Deskjet 2620
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer was constantly offline and so I decided to disconnect it from my Macbook Pro. Now I can't reconnect as it says 'Unable to verify the printer on your network due to an error'. I can print from my phone to the printer, but not from my Mac.

 

I thought it may be a problem with my Mac but I've just reconnected to my husbands HP printer so it just appears to be a problem between my Mac and my printer.

 

Please help.
