I have a Deskjet F4480 all-in-one printer. Since I purchased a new computer with Windows 11, I can use the printer function, but not the scan function. Windows does not show available drivers, Scan doctor cannot resolve the issue, and the virtual assistant also does not lead me to a solution. I hope someone has some ideas how to get the scan function to work. Virtual Assistant shows no drivers, but definitely the printer works.
