Product: HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On the community there are two red dots on the home page which seemingly indicate a message or notification.

When I click on the dot with the "1" nothing happens.
When I click on "2" I see information messages which I cannot remove.
How do I get rid of these?
