Hi @mmotley,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need information regarding your HP DeskJet 2734e All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Make sure the wireless radio is on, with a solid or a blinking blue light, if the wireless light is off press the wireless button to turn it on.

 

Now press and immediately release both the Wireless and Information buttons and a Network Configuration Page will print, within the 802.11 Wireless Section you would find the Hardware Address (Mac).

when i do the above mentioned it doesnt print the mac address
