Where can I get a Windows Print driver for windows 7 for HP 2855e

The HP DeskJet 2855e does not have any Windows 7 drivers at all. This is not a download issue; it is not supported at all.

Step 1: Understand Why Windows 7 Is Not Supported

Your DeskJet 2855e is an HP+ enhanced printer, which requires:

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• HP Smart app
• An HP account
• Internet connection

Windows 7 cannot run HP Smart, and therefore cannot use HP+ drivers.
This is not something you can fix with a download; support simply does not exist.

Step 2: Confirm Official Driver Availability

When we check the official HP driver page for the 2855e, the available operating systems are:

• Windows 8
• Windows 10
• Windows 11

Windows 7 does not appear in the list.

Step 3: What You Can Do (Your Options)

Option A: Use a Windows 10 or Windows 11 Computer

This is the simplest path.
Your printer will install normally using HP Smart.
 

Option B: Upgrade Your Windows 7 Computer

If your PC hardware allows, upgrading from Windows 7 → Windows 10 will make your DeskJet 2855e fully compatible.

Windows 10 still supports HP Smart and all HP DeskJet 2855e features.
 

Option C: Print Through Another Device

You can print from:

• iPhone
• Android
• Windows 10/11 laptop
• macOS

Your Windows 7 PC does not have to be the printing device.

Choose a non‑HP+ printer (no “e” on the model)**
For example:

• HP DeskJet 4155 (not 4155e)

These models still have Windows 7 drivers available.
