Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had a Officejet pro 9025 which I replaced with 9135e when 9025 failed.  Both on Instaink.  Had 700 sheet credit on the 9025.  How do I move those credits to the 9135 account?  I have repeatedly asked this via various HP methods with no response.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

If you have replaced your old printer with a new one, you can add the new printer to your Instant Ink account, and your rollover pages will automatically transfer to the new printer.
