I need help with setting up Web Services again. I disabled Web Services while trying to fix insta ink that had stopped working. I figured I could disable it and re-enable it... but only get a message to contact the person who set up the printer, which is me. Because Web Services is disabled, I can't print anything.

@JPFanz, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to re-enable web services on the printer. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Turn On Web Services

 

If the issue persists, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer.

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
