Just looking for the proper support person who can simply send me the 41-45 support codes to reset the region for my printer that only has 9 total pages printed. I spent 45 minutes in chat with 2 different people to only be told I had to start all over with the UK chat group. Which is going to be difficult with the time change.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
If the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called a regional reset for your printer; only after that will you be able to use the printer with the current region's ink cartridges.
I will be glad to assist you with the regional reset on your printer.

Although I appreciated the offer of help from Hawks_Eye below. Because we were working on this issue between our normal schedule we ended up resolving this issue by contacting HP Corporate and told them we wanted to give them one last chance to assist before we submitted a complaint. They ended up connecting me with support that was able to remotely fix the issue.
