Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I bought my printer an HP envy 6020 in Singapore but now I've moved d to the UK and it is not accepting the local 305 cartridges. I've read on this forum and seems I need to do a región reset. Please support to explain the steps

Oui, déjà signalé par les collègues du forum.

Je tape un texte en Français, je balaie avec un clic gauche le texte, pour le mettre en surbrillance, clique droit sur le texte,

traduire en Anglais, c'est OK, je retourne voire mon message, il est en Français. Je vais y arriver.
