Product: HP OfficeJet 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need to reset the EWS password.  I tried the Semi-Full Restart but it did not reset the password.

 

I have updated to Firmware WMP1CN2105AR.

 

Please advise.
