Network (wired) connectivity issue

HP Recommended
OfficeJet X576dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We've been using this printer for a couple of years without issue.  Recently one of the machines stopped printing.  The queue would say that the printer needs attention.  Other PCs print just fine.  I decided I would remove and reinstall the printer.  Going through the setup, it recognized the printer immediately.  It starts the install and never completes.   Just says that it is unable to install over the network.   Any ideas???  Thanks.

Update - I spent 30+ minute with HP support and they said to talk to MS... so I still can't print.  They were nice enough to close the case for me anyway...

@NPF

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thanks for the response.  Ironically, after working on it more myself, I got the PC to print.  Let's just see if it stays that way.  The trick was to just go through windows and add the printer.  It was the HP software that couldn't complete the installation.  Like I said, we'll see if it keeps printing this week.
