New HP Envy 6432 not lighting during initial setup

I am trying to setup my new printer but it is not lighting up at all during setup and the printer display is blank. I can hear it when I plug it in but no purple light or any other light appearing to signify that the printer is even powered up and ready for setup.
Any ideas?

@AoifeK, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Make sure the printer is setup properly. Kindly refer to - First Time Printer Setup
Also, refer to Printer setup guide
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
