HP Recommended

I have purchased a USED HP 8015e OfficeJet All in one printer from an individual.  It is registered in their name.  How do I get their Registration Removed so I can transfer to my name.   The Set up Wizard keeps saying this printer belongs to someone else or you do not have authority etc.  

Please help.
