All I need is a simple printer that's reliable and prints black and white documents, so this printer should be ok I thought if I only could get the darn thing to install
I follow instructions to a T.
Tried to unplug and wait, uninstall, reinstall.................. I'm so ready to give up, I get to the "select a printer" and when it shows up and I click on it says printer not turned on choose a different printer. and then it prints a page with configurations and lots of gobbly **bleep**.
It IS turned on how else is it printing? The blue wifi is also on
What should I do next? someone, please

Please reset the Wireless and then use HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network.
