New Smart Tank 7302 won't print in color?

Using macOS Sonoma 14.7.5.  Just installed the Smart Tank 7302.  All test prints and color copying print in color.  All other printing attempts are just B&W without color even being listed as an option.  Attaching a screenshot of sample print page from GraphicConverter.  Hopefully a simple solution...fingers X'd!

Many thanks FerRX...always somewhat scary resetting anything on a computer, but resetting the Printer system was 100% successful.  However, the referenced video was extremely outdated.  Using Spotlight just got me to various Google websites when typing in Printers and Scanners.  Eventually found the Apple instructions using the System settings.  But w/o your recommendation I never would have stumbled on resetting.  New HP Smart Tank working like a charm!
