My enquiry relates to the warranty. My new printer was purchased on 20 October 2021 and installed on 25 November 2021. However, the start date on the warranty states that it began on 4 August 2021. Is there any way to change the start date on the warranty? I had to place this query here as I could not find an FAQ that suited. Regards,  Lindsay

Hi @Lindsay18 ,

Open the HP web for warranty check >> https://support.hp.com/nz-en/checkwarranty

Then follow the steps explained in the next document:

Thank you. However, I tried your suggestion but could not find the document >>HP PCs, PRINTERS - Dispute a warranty status. Is there an intermediate step between the link you provided (>>https://support.hp.com/nz-en/checkwarranty) ? Is there another way to find the document you mentioned?
