Product: Hp LaserJet M14-M17
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

 

I bought a new printer, Hp LaserJet M14-M17. I have installed HP Smart. The printer is detected by the operating system and I can see the Printer Ready.

When I print something, the printer doesn't print anything. I see the printing job in the queue as follows

But the printer is not printing anything. 

Can anyone help me to fix this?

To assist you better, what is the exact model number of the printer?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Is the printer connected wirelessly to the MAC?
