What else?

The (Windows) full driver printer software for the OfficeJet Pro 81xx and 91xx series printers is different enough from the previous format that none of the new drivers can be used with older Operating Systems.

Should you have a supported Mobile device, you might use the HP App on that device to use the printer.

• On that mobile device, Location Services and Bluetooth should both be switched ON

Any HP application you install should be sourced from “HP”.

If you can’t tell, ask or use the Homepage method (if using Windows) to download and install the HP Smart application.
