HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer

I purchased a printer a year ago, but the scanner broke, so Boulanger exchanged it for a new one. I planned to use the cartridges/toner from my old printer, but the new printer doesn’t work. The app says I need to replace the cartridges with new ones. Why is this happening? It’s very inconvenient. Please help me get the printer working quickly.

J’ai acheté une imprimante il y a un an, mais le scanner est tombé en panne, alors Boulanger l’a échangée contre un nouveau modèle. J’ai prévu d’utiliser les cartouches/toner de mon ancienne imprimante, mais la nouvelle ne fonctionne pas. L’application me demande de remplacer les cartouches par des neuves. Pourquoi cela arrive-t-il ? C’est très gênant. Merci de m’aider à faire fonctionner l’imprimante rapidement.
