Product: HP Color Laserjet MFP M182nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I must have missed the password in the set up. I want to reset to factory settings and I can not get in the keypad because it keeps asking for a password which I do not know. I did a network summary and it gave what the password is supposed to be. It did not work either. Just got this printer for Christmas and my old HP printer is looking better all the time.

HELP!
