Non scansiona più no menù stampante all-in-one /plash player

Hello,
as of 1/12/2021, my hp psc 1410 printer has stopped scanning and photocopying. (s / n CN549V1104)
Ending the flashplayer support made the management suite of the printing and scanning functions of my model (all-in-one) unusable. At the hardware level the printer still works, in fact I can print word and pdf documents. Can HP help me solve this software problem or do I need to buy a new printer?

@DeLi4, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Center. There is no update on new software as of now.

I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:

•    Go to Control Panel - Devices and printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.

•    When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.

•    Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.

Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.

Note: If the printer is not found in the list, try Deskjet 990c or Deskjet 6980 to install the printer as these are the generic printer drivers.
