Not able to print with HP Officejet Pro 6970 after completing setup - used HP Smart

HP Officejet Pro 6970

I have installed the HP Officejet Pro 6970 using HP Smart. Not able to print Have tried manually downloading and installing all the recommended drivers, utilities and critical firmware deemed necessary. Not even a test page is printing. Printer is online and connected to network.

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) Are you able to make copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

3)What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

4)What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 

5)I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
