Not printing color

Every single time that I change my print settings from normal quality on plain copy paper, my printer stops printing in color. I would like to get a better quality print, but every time I try it messes up the color. I have to uninstall the printer completely and reinstall it, and then I have to leave the settings on normal quality and plain paper to get color. On top of that, every time that I troubleshoot to try to find another solution, I am wasting the number of pages I am allowed each month through the instant ink program. This has become extremely frustrating. I tried to find a support number to call rather than using the bot services to find a fix, but I couldn't find one anywhere. Does anyone happen to know a solution for this? Thanks in advance.

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:


Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.


Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
