Why on Gods green earth is there not an offline print driver readily available to download for this printer? I have a user in another state that needs me to remote in to install this printer, but it wants to go to the software store to download and our machines are not allowed to do such. Of course HP doesn't provide a driver CD any more, and calling helpdesk is of no use. I just get passed back and forth. For the love of God, someone at HP email me a stand alone driver so I can install this printer on a computer with NO INTERNET ACCESS. [personal information removed]

@HutchHutch, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you would like to install the printer on a computer that has no internet access. In this case, install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Alternatively, you may take it to a library or any place to access the internet, download and install the HP Smart app. Once installed, it does not require internet access to print or scan.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
