Officejet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having the same problem with my Officejet Pro 6978. Can you help me with it? I've already gone through the troubleshooting steps and they don't help. HP Smart is up to date and I already have the recent firmware update, 2109A. I also have Instant Ink, and cannot turn off automatic updates. My printer has an active extended warranty.
