Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

On duplex printing with A4 paper, the first side prints fine, but as the rollers try to pick up the A4 sheet to flip it over and print the second side, it goes out of alignment and a jam occurs. If rollers are defective can they be replaced? If not, is there another solution?
