I'm having the same issue, brand new printer. I've plugged straight into the wall, etc. Nothing's working. What do I try next?

To help volunteers that reply to posts in the Community, please provide more details about your issue. Here are some recommendations of information that can help volunteers to better understand and provide support to your question:

- Exact model of your printer / Desktop/ notebook (if you need help, click here for information on how to find your model number model).
- Operating system (including revisions made with service packs, 32-bit or 64-bit, etc.)
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Error messages - on the printer display and/or computer, any patterns for flashing lights.
- Any system changes before the problem starts (Example: Operating System Update, Software installation);

I have a hp office jet Pro 8035e. I had it setup to print directly from my computer (with provided cord) and it worked properly. When I downloaded the app and tried to set it up for wifi printing, it found the printer and immediately went into an error state with a green screen and code 12345. Now, the computer and my phone cant see the printer and nothing will print. I've unplugged, reinstalled the app/drivers, nothing's changing.

Sorry, I can’t help. I never received any assistance that was helpful. Perfectly good printer that was just 4 months out of warranty dead. 
i had to buy a new printer. Since the last two HP printers I had died within a few months of being out of warranty, I decided to be done with HP. I have moved on to Canon.
