Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

First, the dropdown menus on this page don't allow me to enter the correct info. It's a Printer issue, but I can't get Printer to show up, only Notebook Video or AI PCs, despite several attempts.

The issue: HP OfficeJet 5255 has had ? next to the dashboard for months. I can find no error message and the printer seems to work fine. I've unplugged the printer for hours but the ? remains.

Hello @bevrain 
Are you referring to the support dashboard on your HP account? If so, I recommend removing the device and adding it again:
>Login to your HP account on support.hp.com
>Click My HP Account>Support Dashboard
>In the list of devices, removing your printer by pressing the 'x' button at the right side of your printer.
>After this press the Add Device option to re-add it to your account.
