Hi

I cannot print using my HP 4650 printer from either my iPhone or iPad. It’s online ok and I can print various reports including all the network connection details from the printer. It shows up in HP Smart and says it is online. I can select it via AirPrint but it just does not allow me to print. If I try to print from HP Smart, I can select the printer and it has the green icon to says it’s ready but the print button is greyed out

I’ve tried the virtual assistant but no joy so appreciate any help anyone could give
