1. This error code displays on the printer on startup and during language selection: 0x8B284398.

 

2. The display is unresponsive to button taps.

 

3. The posted process for reset to factory specs says press the WiFi and Resume buttons. The manual identifies a WiFi button. The manual does NOT identify a Resume button. Please identify the Rest button, preferably with a diagram.

 

4. The printer responds to a ping. However Print and Scan doctor appears unable to communicate with the printer and hangs indefinitely.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from the below image and let me know if that resolves the issue.
