Officejet 8610 - Someone changed the language on the touch screen and settings are locked

My HP Officejet 8610 recently started displaying a different language on the touch screen and the settings are all locked so I cannot change it back.  When I try to use the utility software via my mac, it tells me to contact the person who set up the printer, that person is me.  I also reset the account login info with hope that would give me access to the settings but it didnt.

Please help!

Default restore or unlocking all setting should do the trick.

@jaredrf, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
