Officejet Oro 8720 on local network, How do I keep it active instead of going offline. 

Printer works great as long as I go over and press the power button to wake it up before printing. Is there a way to keep it from going to sleep? . Only question with that is, How will it affect the lifespan if I do that since I don't print to it everyday? 

If I send print job to printer when it's asleep, The print job just sits in the queue and fails. I have it connected to my local network via an 8 port hub along with a few other devices, DVR, Smart TV, DVD Player. Is there a way to configure it to detect the print job in the queue and become active automatically ? or am i stuck with waking it up manually by pressing the power button when needing to print ?  Not an Intermittent issue,......

Using HP Smart.... on my Dell G5000.   FYI..
