Product: Officejet Pro 8500 Premier All-in-One Printer - A909n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer and scanner has worked fine for a long time. Suddenly the scanning option stopped working. It would still print fine. Whenever I tried to scan, the scanning tool would report that no scanner could be found. I realized that the scanner broke following a Windows update a couple weeks ago. I uninstalled that update (KB5001330) and now the scanner is working again. However I don't like not having that security update installed. Anyone know of another solution? I do have the latest driver. Thank you!
