I just purchased the above product and it is all hooked up to my wireless system at home. I did the entire 123hp.com setup thing. When I add the printer to my system, the message comes back "Driver is unavailable". I go to the HP support page for drivers and download but nothing works. Currently, I can scan from the machine to my computer, but I can't print wirelessly. My family can print to the machine from their computers (Macs) and iPhones. Can anyone provide some assistance or insight here?
The online support and the "HP Smart" app takes you round in circles with the same results.
Thanks

Software, Firmware for your printer:
Software and drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer series
If you have not done so, download-save-install the Full Feature Software / Full Driver for the printer
Full Driver / Full Feature Software does not require a sign-in to use the software.
Use this:
HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software
- Download-and-Save the printer software (Full Feature Software / HP Smart / Easy Start)
- Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
- Reminder: If using Easy Start, select the Full Driver
Easy Start...
About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full" driver set (as opposed to the basic driver).
Any...
If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the last part of the driver installation)
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Full driver provides print and scan functions (even if HP Smart proves to be stubborn).

Installed HPEasyStart package as recommended installed and run the full package . lots of questions and software that I dont need installed. Routine looks to have timed out in the installation of the network device = error message - Unsuccessful network installation, "the device was unable to installed over the network". The network is fine, all other software and web interaction are fine. I have uninstalled all software, rebooted and tried again..... exactly the same result. Still unable to use the printer, where to from here thanks?

Don't count on getting help from HP. I purchased the OfficeJet pro 9015e in April 2020. It worked great until November 2020. Since then, I have been in constant contact with HP and they are not able to resolve the issue. They're current response, reinstall Windows 10. Seriously?
I have a Dell computer and had a Dell tech come out and spend half a day trying to resolve the issue, including wiping the hard driver and reinstalling Windows 10. Guess what? The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series drivers will are not available. Again, HP's response is that it's a computer issue.
Seriously? Don't think so. Like you, my family can print to the printer from their computers, some with Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP. NO PROBLEM. Also, have had no issues printing from phones either.
This is a frustration, as we all use other printers to print to from these devices.
So, I have a $200 printer which I can't use with this one computer, which is what it was purchased for.
Totally frustrating. Thinking of getting my attorney involved with HP and get reimbursed for a printer I can't use.
I can use this printer to print to another printer, but the printer is located upstairs and this computer is used by someone who cannot be walking up and down stairs.

LATEST UPDATE ON THIS ISSUE:
FINALLY, I was able to resolve this issue myself, WITHOUT ALL THE WASTED TIME DEALING WITH HP SUPPORT (5 months).
Here was what was causing my problem of the HP9015e from working and receiving the driver unavailable error.
I have an old HP psc 2110xi all-in-one printer attached to another computer on my network, which was set as the default printer on computer where I was receiving the error. As long as this printer was set as the default printer, I was unable to install the HP9015e drivers for the printer. Why? I don't know. It will remain as another one of Microsofts unknown mysteries.
I was able to fix it by accident, as I was working on another issue with my computer and had run the "Additional Troubleshooter" function on the "Windows Settings - Update & Security - Trouble Shoot" page. And selected "Printer - Finding and Fix problems with printer" page. The results indicated that my printer (HP9015E) was not the default printer. I allowed the troubleshooter to set the HP9015E as the default and remove the HP psc 2010xi all-in-one printer as the default. I checked the printer and devices page and saw that I was no longer seeing the "driver not available" message on the HP9015E, so I sent a test page to the printer, thinking again that it wasn't going to work, but it did.
SO... if you have another printer set as the default printer, remove that printer and do the install again or use the "Additional Troubleshooter" function and see if that resolves your issue.
GOOD LUCK!

Sounds almost identical to my situation. Everything worked fine for months AND then it didn't. Why would this suddenly change? I have tried everything suggested and continue to get the message that the driver isn't available. What does that even mean?
