Getting error message that the paper is a mismatch to A5 -- but the paper IS A5 size. Tried connecting a reconnecting to computer, also tried downloading drivers, but it appears my printer automatically updates. Printer and MAC book pro are speaking to each other. Printing on regular 8 1/2 x 11 is fine. HELP!

Hi,

When loading the paper into the tray, have you followed the prompt on screen to change the Paper Size to A5 for the printer itself?

 

Also, when you print, please make sure you set the Paper Size as A5 there too.
