Prevent Specific Driver Installations

- Run the tool and follow the instructions to hide the problematic driver update.
Update Drivers Manually
- Manually Update USB and Printer Drivers:
- Visit the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page: HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.
- Enter your HP Pavilion Desktop model number (510-p026) and select your operating system (Windows 11).
- Download and install the latest drivers for your USB controllers and printers.
Troubleshoot Scanner Connection
- Reinstall Scanner Driver:
- Disconnect the scanner from your computer.
- Uninstall any existing scanner software or drivers from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- Reconnect the scanner and allow Windows to detect and reinstall the driver, or manually install it from the manufacturer’s website.
