Hi,

 

I have an Officejet pro 8710.

I get an error that my printer cartridges are old version and are not supported.

I replaces with cartridges that a bought few months ago and I get the same error.

I understand that the issue is most probably new firmware update that caused my cartridges to be unusable.

I understand that to downgrade firmware I need an rfu file.

Where do I find old rfu firmware files?

I can't find it anywhere.
