On my HP Officejet 8610 I got a blue screen with te message 068CC413.

I got a blue screen with the message 068CC413. I looked for a solution and i have to remove the ink cartridges, but I can't do that because there are at the right side of the printer. I can't remove them.

@Pieter22, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Looks like the printer has a carriage jam. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
