Hello,
I have an OfficeJet 8010e printer. Now I have refilled the original cartridges with refill ink. Since the last firmware update, these have been blocked color by color and shown as fakes or refilled. I would like to undo the last firmware, but that is also blocked. What solution can HP offer me? I have already used dozens of original cartridges and they are far too expensive and run out too quickly.
Why does the firmware refuse to continue printing with the original cartridges? Did that work before? What does HP allow itself?
When I bought the printer in 2021, refilling was not yet prohibited! Why is a product changed negatively after purchase to the detriment of the loyal customer? I've already spent a lot of money on original cartridges...
