WILL NOT PRINT     SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT   I WANT CREDIT TO PURCHASE NEW PRINTER FROM HP  BECAUSE I HATE THE PRINTER THEY ARE REPLACING

Please be aware that this is a user to user forum not a direct connection to HP. We are all volunteers here and shouting in caps is not going to accomplish anything. I understand your frustration, but this forum is not able to resolve an issue like that. As it appears that a replacement is already being sent, you are likely past the point of being able to change the course of things. If you have further problems when you receive the replacement printer, please post back a detailed description of what is not working and someone here may be able to offer a solution.

sorry     no 1st i send in old printer then they send replacement    so it will be a while  so hoping i can reach escalations dept who resolved puter issue 2 years ago
