HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 PRINTER HARDWARE INFORMATION Extended Self Test Diagnostic

I printed the following from my printer last week now I cannot figure out where to find this to print the information as of today's date.  If someone can please advise how I would go about accessing this report I would surely appreciate it.

@Kate381, Welcome to HP Support Community!

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Reports.

3. Select a printer report to print.

4. In your case, you can select the Printer Status Report.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The instructions to print the extended self-test page are specific to your printer.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps!
