PRINTER NOT WORKING

HP Recommended
HP DESKJET 3630

My printer was printing fine earlier but when I went to print something else it stopped working. I followed other forum posts and uninstalled all the drivers and the HP smart app and re installed. HP Smart is now frozen when I try to set up my printer. Please can anyone help me?

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist -

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

 I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

 

Also, try the steps below -

 

Reset the product

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
