WHEN I PRINT OR COPY, IT COMES OUT BLANK. I TRIED TO PRINT OUT TESTING PAGE BUT IT STILL COMES OUT BLANK. THE CORD IS PLUGGED INTO THE WALL AND I TRIED TO RESENT TOO. THE INK LEVEL IS FULL BECAUSE I JUST BOUGHT NEW INK FOR IT TOO.

Hi @HDIEP726

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

Check ink levels

On the printer, touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Estimated Ink Levels. Replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Clean the printhead

Touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. If print quality is unacceptable on the page that prints, touch Clean Again to perform a second cleaning.

Check the ink cartridge vents

Perform step 3 from this document.

Run a Print Quality Diagnostic report

On the printer, touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
