Hi @Ler57,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer is cutting off the top of the page, you can try these steps to resolve the issue.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Open the printer settings on your computer and ensure that the paper size and type settings match the paper you're using. Mismatched settings can cause cropping issues.

Update Printer Driver:

  • Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. Visit the HP website, search for your printer model, and download the latest driver version.

Adjust Page Margins:

  • Check the margin settings in the application you’re printing from. Adjusting the margins might prevent the top of the page from being cut off.

Inspect the Paper Size:

  • Ensure that the paper size selected in your print job matches the paper loaded in the printer. For example, if you’re using A4 paper, make sure it’s selected as the paper size in both the printer settings and the application.

Print a Test Page:

  • Print a test page or alignment page from the printer’s control panel or settings menu. This can help identify if the issue is related to the printer itself or the print job.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Sometimes firmware updates can resolve printing issues. Check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your printer model.

Realign the Print Head:

  • Run the print head alignment process from the printer’s control panel. This can help if the issue is related to print head alignment.

Inspect the Printer Paper Tray:

  • Ensure that the paper is properly aligned and not loaded incorrectly in the paper tray.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
